Q: How much will it cost to have my house decorated?
A: Each installation is customized just for you, that way you can spend as much or as little money as you want. Our full service lighting packages start at just $299.
Q: When will you install our lights?
A: Our installation schedule fills up fast. If you have a specific date you would like your lights installed, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We begin our installations around the first of November and will continue installs through mid December.
Q: When will you take our lights down?
A: Lights are generally removed within the first two weeks of January. If you prefer to have them up longer, we can take them down whenever it is convenient for you.
Q: Do you store our lights?
A: Yes, with Festive Glow’s service we provide Installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage.
Q: How can I get my house decorated?
A: Just give us a call and we will set up a time at your convenience to stop by and consult with you on what you want.
Q: Can you put up lights that I already own?
A: Because we cannot guarantee the quality and performance of lights we do not provide, we are not able to install lights you already own.
Q: How many years have you been installing Christmas lights?
A: Festive Glow is family owned and operated and has been providing this great service since 1998.
Q: Do you have the same quality of lights that I can buy at the local store?
A: Festive Glow carries the highest quality of products giving you that added comfort of having the best.
Q: Do you carry liability insurance?
A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
Q: Do we buy, rent, or lease the lights?
A: With Festive Glow, all products are included in our package price. That way you will never have to deal with old, worn out lights again. With our service all product is replaced when it needs to be, at no extra charge to you.
Q: Does it cost to store the lights for next year?
A: With Festive Glow’s service you get it all for one low price.
Q: What happens if my lights stop working?
A: Festive Glow includes maintenance on all the product and we are more than happy to come fix your lights for no charge. Our goal is to repair, or replace your lights within 24 hours of your service request.
Q: Do you carry LED’s?
A: We have a wide selection of LED lights and Christmas displays.
Q: What are LED lights?
A: LED stands for Light Emitting Diode; an LED light is made up of a crystal instead of a filament, which is found in a standard bulb.
Q: How long do LED lights last?
A: A standard bulb has a filament that over time degrade and burn out, but a crystal does not, giving an LED light the lifetime of nearly 100,000 hours. That’s over 3,000% longer then a standard bulb.
Q: How much less power does an LED light use?
A: LED’s draw at least 1/10 the power of a standard bulb. That means you can decorate 10 houses in LED’s at the same power usage as one house decorated with standard lights.
